During a recent trip to San Francisco to film some projects with Tested, Bill got to visit Adam Savage’s workshop and team up with the Mythbuster himself for an epic one day build! The duo made a replica of the Nazgul gauntlet using EVA foam. In this video, Bill makes another gauntlet and then paints them all to look like real metal.

Britt tries out fabric printing with the Sweeper Bot’s bodysuit! After sewing the printed fabric together into a new undersuit, velcro and snap attachments keep all the foam armor pieces in place.
The Destiny Sweeper Bot’s EVA foam armor is sealed with Creature Cast neoprene, painted with Angelus leather paints, and weathered with acrylics.
Britt shows you how she turned the Sweeper Bot’s robot head design into a wearable helmet. The first step was vacuum forming a visor with PET-G plastic, then tinting the visor blue. The helmet was crafted from EVA foam, leaving room for all the cool electronics.
