When it comes to testing a print is it best to print on a high end printer or to do the test print on a cheaper 3D printer and then move onto the other printer?

Suit question: Working with an articulated jaw in a foam base…I am struggling. Any advice? My first attempt turned out to be not very sensitive or sturdy! My mouth hangs open awkwardly.
